Teamwork

Easy to guess for Week 3 which word I choose to include a picture of representing one of the Values of the SL of NSW.

Being Teamwork. Now this word is quite valuable to me. For a number of reasons:

• I believe a major part of my own personality is my wish to help others and do my best for a "team" regardless of the environment.
• I have always for as long as I can remember played in team sports. Teamwork obviously being a major part of playing the game to achieve a common goal.
• My own tertiary education had a number of assessments revolving around teamwork. Without the hardwork and input from myself and others I would not have acheived the marks I had.
• Teamwork has helped me grow and mature in working with people and has made the transition into working life easier in my eyes.
• Even the poor experiences of teamwork has benefitted me in lessons on how to approach difficult circumstances in the future.

I have included the figurines of Optimus Prime mainly because of my love for the Transformers when I was younger. Unfortunately there is no deeper meaning to the picture than that.
